Peanut Butter & Honey Dip

This is what happens when you let your kid watch a bunch of cooking shows:

Since restricting our diet a few weeks ago, the boys have been helping me get creative with treats and desserts.  This is Bebop’s latest creation, originally made as dessert for the whole family.

Bebop chopped up several apples by himself.  Then he mixed together some peanut butter and honey.  The second time we had this dish, we ate the dip with chopped celery.

Peanut Butter & Honey Dip

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup honey
• chopped apples, carrots, or celery

Instructions

1. Mix peanut butter and honey together. Serve with chopped fruit or vegetables
